1. WHAT IS OUR VIEW ON PRIVACY?

4. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

We need certain information from you, for example when you request information or visit our websites. In these cases, we process data. We also use third parties who receive certain personal data and process it on behalf of Nederlandse Zouthandel. This is done, for example, for sending your confirmation, sending brochures and mailings, sending personalised offers or processing a survey you receive from us after going live.

For the application of Article 7 of this policy, it is possible that we transfer your personal data to recipients who may be located in countries with a different level of personal data protection.

Therefore, Nederlandse Zouthandel has also taken appropriate measures to ensure the secure internal transfer of your personal data or transfer to an external recipient located in a country with a different level of privacy protection than the country in which the personal data is collected.

We will record this formally as much as possible and supervise it where possible. In addition, we keep an up-to-date overview of these external parties, including which specific data they process on our behalf and for what purpose.

10. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL BASES FOR OUR DATA PROCESSING?

The law provides various legal bases for processing personal data. These mainly concern the processing of data on the basis of:

You can also request this data and, under certain circumstances, have it corrected, supplemented, deleted or blocked, for example if it is incorrect.
